R. Mohan

R. Mohan took voluntary retirement from his position as Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) in 2016. He is currently a Senior Consultant in Gulati Institute of Finance and Taxation (GIFT) and Visiting Fellow, Centre for Development Studies (CDS).
