Tanya Singh
Tanya Singh is an independent scholar and writer. She has formerly worked as an assistant professor at Kalindi College, University of Delhi, for over five years and later briefly at Avvaiyar Government College for Women, Kairaikal. Her research papers have been published in journals such as Indian Scholar, Lapis Lazuli and a forthcoming chapter on the theme of cinema and caste is to be published in an edited book by Routledge. Her short fictions have appeared in Sahitya Akademi's Indian Literature, Lapis Lazuli and eFiction India. Her academic and creative interests circumvent the notion of caste, gender, class and belonging.
