Rostislav A. Ulyanovsky

Rostislav A. Ulyanovsky, D.Sc. (Economics), was born in 1904. He graduated from the Institute of Oriental Studies to become an eminent Soviet expert on international affairs. He has had over 200 works published, including a number of books, many of which have been translated into European and Oriental languages.
